Successful strategies: real learning from real experience

This report of an action research project on how to form a good strategy, is jam-packed with practical tips and learning from the experiences of five third sector organisations (TSOs).

In 2006, the Performance Hub, a national project helping TSOs to achieve more (2005-2008), commissioned a consultancy to work with five small and medium-sized organisations to help them develop their strategies and to generate learning about the process along the way.

This report brings together the main findings of the project, including full case studies.
